Job Description 

The right candidate shall lead a team of auditors and perform audits of Business Process, Plants and Supply Chain areas to identify process gaps, non-adherence to SOP and compliance issues if any 

•    Plan, schedule, coordinate and review internal audits with various stakeholders within the organization. Prepare a detailed checklist / RCM for each audit 
•    For each audit, perform an assessment of SOP compliance, review of internal controls and adherence to guidelines 
•    Manage multiple audits being executed in parallel and work closely with the team executing audit on the ground. The candidate should be able to help in execution as well incase of requirement. 
•    Focus on gaps in compliance, weaknesses in controls, SOP non-adherence and opportunities to enhance business performance by minimizing wastage and excess expenditure 
•    Draft audit reports with detailed observation, root cause, and provide guidance on recommendations and corrective actions to mitigate risks 
•    Work with the team to track all open observations to closure 
•    Interact closely with various teams within Internal Audit department as well as other related areas like Compliance, teams based in overseas markets, Supply Chain among others 
 

Experience: CA with 8-15 Years of experience. Internal audit experience as a team lead will be necessary 

Additional Qualification (Not Mandatory) : ACCA, CFE, CISA, DISA, CIA, MBA

Mandatory Skills: Ability to perform in-depth Internal Audit, strong on Analytical and logical thinking skills, Good communication skills - both spoken and written, 

Educational qualification: CA / CIA 

Minimum work Experience: 8-15 Years of experience. Internal audit experience as a team lead will be necessary

About the Department
Finance
The Finance function at Dr. Reddy's goes beyond the traditional roles of monitoring costs, supervising accounting and creating reports. Deep into its digitalization transformation journey, the function works with all departments in the organization as a strategic partner and plays a major role in supporting management in its decision making.
The function is distributed globally and has business partnering teams allied to different business units as Controller and Planners. And, secondly distributed as multiple Centre of Excellence housed in Corporate office, such as treasury, Risk & Assurance, Taxation, Corporate Analytics, Investor Relations, GFRT and GBS.
