Job Description

About the role

This role will focus on techniques and tools used to contextualize and find out data about relevant talent pools to help create a coherent strategy for recruitment. The objective of the role will be to provide strong market intelligence that can give TA advisors/Talent Scouts the best opportunity to identify and hire the most skilled candidates.

Responsibilities

• Building a stronger understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and candidate positioning

• Conducting a thorough research and analysis of the job market including industry trends, hiring practices, emerging skill demands and candidate preferences.

• Will subscribe to portals, newsletters etc. to stay on top of industry and cross industry happenings.

• Monitoring and assessing market relevant talent acquisition practices, including recruitment approaches, employer branding efforts and candidate experiences.

• Gathering relevant data from various sources, such as job boards, industry reports, social media, and internal data bases, to build a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape.

• Ensuring the data collection and analysis adhere to ethical standards, especially when handling sensitive candidate information.

• Creating clear and visually appealing reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

• Providing insights to enhance the organization's employer brand by

understanding how it is perceived in the market and suggesting improvements.

• Serving as a subject matter expert in market trends and insights during recruitment strategy discussions and decision-making processes.

• Staying ahead of cutting-edge techniques and tools- Gather market trends on TA technologies and sharing insights with the TA team.


Qualifications

Graduate in HR with 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in market research, talent mapping and data analytics.

• Comprehending the intricate dynamics of the job market and how they impact the organization's recruitment efforts.

• Recognizing the supply and demand for specific skills, understanding the competition for top talent and awareness of industry trends that affect hiring strategies.

• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office

• Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen

• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys

etc)

• Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining

• Strong analytical and critical thinking

• BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence people.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple

stakeholders.

• Strong prioritization and time management skills to work on tight deadlines.

• Ability to multi-task: executing requests, investigating queries, and reporting.

• Ability to work in a team or as an individual .
