" Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible to maintain the Discipline and follow cGMP in shop floor
- Responsible for strict adherence to the standard operating procedure.
- Responsible for online documentation of batch records, logbooks and labeling.
- Responsible for carrying out the in process checks as per the instructions in the batch Production record.
- Responsible for executing the production targets for the module as per production schedule.
- Responsible for implementing the productivity improvement of the module
- To follow the Safety procedures, policies and maintenance procedures for efficient functioning of the machines.
- Responsible for operation and cleaning of machines as per the operating instructions and cleaning procedure.
- Execution of the manufacturing process, equipment and instrument through MES.
- To implement the policies and procedures for efficient functioning of the machines.
- Responsible for training of sub-ordinates and new joinees.
- Handling of production aids.
- Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping of manufacturing area.
- Completion of trainings online.
- Updation of Non conformity.
- Review of executed documents (BMR/eBMR)
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Pharmaceutics
Minimum Work Experience
3 to 6 years
Skills & Attributes Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and practices to ensure their implementation in production areas.
- Understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and their application in production processes.
- Experience in supporting the implementation of quality policies and procedures to maintain product quality.
- Ability to oversee maintenance and upkeep of production areas and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Qualification, Calibration, and Validation programs.
- Ability to prepare departmental budgets and monitor expenses.
- Understanding of energy conservation measures and sustainability practices to minimize wastage.
- Familiarity with Good Engineering Practices (GEP) for efficient departmental operations.
Behavioural Skills
- Leadership skills to set departmental goals, conduct performance appraisals, and coordinate corporate initiatives.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal departments, auditors, inspectors, and government officials.
- Strong organizational skills to manage resources, schedules, and projects effectively.
