Job Title – Sr Associate Prod Manager – Dig Mfg. 

Company - Dr Reddys Ltd.  

Location – Hyderabad 

Experience – 3 to 6 years 

Roles and Responsibility: 

Interacts with the business to gather, understand, and document business needs and requirements on projects; analyses process documents, workflows, conducts workshops & surveys. 

Works with system architects and business partners to identify technical solutions for business process improvements that are in line with business strategy. 

Document scope including conceptual design, business, and quality requirements. 

Provide solution to requirements balancing the value proposition and scope. 

Work closely with engineering, design, data sciences, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery. 

Establish key success metrics for the product and its features and measure them post-launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance. 

Leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) Bock Chain, Mobility, Cloud etc. to solve business problems. 

Identifies Data & Data sources required to conduct the analysis, attributes model outcomes to business context. 

Map functional requirements and prepare digital engagement action plans. 

Aligns solution fitment with business. Anchors the UAT for deployment. 

Stakeholder management and project management 

Qualification – B. Tech in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering  

Skills: 

Technical: 

Understanding of UI/UX processes 

Digital Technologies such as Mobility, Cloud, AI, IoT etc 

Agile Methodologies such as Scrum 

Behavioural: 

Reasoning and analytical ability  

Leadership skills 

Agility and attention to detail 

Good communication skills
