Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to develop, implement, and Sustain the digital Stragey for R&D.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Define product vision and strategy: Establish a clear roadmap for digital solutions in computational modeling and molecular dynamics.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: Oversee ideation, design, development, launch, and post-market optimization of R&D digital tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with scientists, data engineers, regulatory experts, and business stakeholders.
Integrate advanced technologies: Drive adoption of machine learning, generative AI, and high-performance computing in pharma R&D.
Ensure regulatory compliance: Align digital products with FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines throughout the development process.
Translate scientific needs into digital solutions: Convert complex pharmacometric and modeling requirements into user-friendly product features.
Monitor performance and outcomes: Use data-driven insights to measure product success and refine strategies.
Champion innovation: Identify emerging digital trends and incorporate them into the pharma R&D ecosystem.
Engage stakeholders: Communicate product vision, updates, and outcomes effectively to leadership and external partners.
Drive user adoption and satisfaction: Ensure scientists and researchers find value in digital tools through training, support, and feedback loops.
Educational qualification: M.Pharm/MBA
Minimum work experience: 1-5 years of experience
Skills & attributes:
Pharma value chain expertise: Deep understanding of the generic pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle, from discovery to regulatory submission.
Computational modeling experience: Proven track record of building or managing digital products in computational modeling and molecular dynamics.
Pharmacometrics knowledge: Master’s degree in Pharmacometrics or equivalent is highly desirable to bridge science and digital product development.
AI/ML integration: Ability to leverage machine learning and generative AI to accelerate drug discovery, formulation, and optimization.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with scientists, data engineers, and regulatory teams to translate scientific needs into digital solutions.
Product lifecycle management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-market optimization.
Regulatory awareness: Familiarity with compliance requirements in pharma R&D (FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines) for digital tools.
Data-driven decision making: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets, simulations, and modeling outputs to guide product strategy.
Innovation mindset: Drive adoption of cutting-edge digital technologies (cloud computing, high-performance computing, AI platforms) in pharma R&D.
Stakeholder management: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, scientific teams, and external partners to align product vision with business goals
