    Job Description

    We are seeking a Research Associate - Biological Sciences to join our Biologics - Product Development team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will contribute to cutting-edge research projects, supporting biosimilar drug development.

    • Execution in method development and qualification of lot release/functional assays including documentation.
    • Analysis of samples, recording and reporting of data on time and submitting reports/data records for verification
    • Cell culture maintenance, preparation of master and working cell banks and their qualification.
    • Present and share the results of the development studies and other samples at group meetings and other forums.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development projects.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
    • Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
    • Inventory management of chemicals and consumables.
    • Ensure safe practices at workplace and participate in the organization-based safety and quality initiatives
    • Execute the functional unit activities according to the need of the organization

    Qualifications

    Master's degree in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology or related field


    Additional Information

    • 0-3 years of experience in cell based and ligand binding assays with a focus on method development and qualification
    • Preferred experience of handling SPR / FACS
    • Preferred experience with experimental design, data analysis and reporting
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
