About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Product Manger to join our SCM DPEx team. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across our supply chain areas like Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement & Logistics. Individual will play a critical role in building and scaling business intelligence products & capabilities that empower business teams to make informed & strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirement Gathering
- Work with business stakeholders to gather various business requirements specific to analytics, reporting, decision making
- Convert business requirements into technical documents, data model requirements for development and delivery
- Support business teams in developing & conceptualization business requirements & POC use cases with prioritization
- Build quarter-wise roadmap of the requirements delivery based on prioritization, feasibility and complexity involved
Supply Chain Data management
- Work with various digital product managers across enterprise systems like SAP, Kinaxis, Go-Comet etc.
- Build & maintain data pipelines for various BI use cases along with partnered developers & data engineering resources
- Develop processes for data lineage, data observability, refresh hygiene, tracking & maintenance of data pipelines
- Develop & maintain data dictionaries for various data pipelines, with best-in-class available Cloud stack (GCP preferred)
Business Intelligence & Control Towers
- Work with business teams to design business KPIs, metrics & reporting for various processes within SCM
- Conceptualize, design & develop business intelligence & control towers for operations & performance management
- Evaluate competitive landscape for control tower and BI offerings in the market and recommend Make vs Buy decisions
- Mature the business intelligence & control tower capabilities for functions like Logistics, Planning, Procurement
- Maintain existing dashboards & visualizations to support day to day business operations, with greater than 99% uptime
Data & BI Governance
- Establish & run governance for Data & BI with COEs in partnership with business excellence and key super users
- Drive accountability & change management to ensure processes are adhered to, high NPS scores and adoption metrics
- Bring best capability & process interventions to ensure highest quality, consistency, structure data governance processes
Custom Business Analytics
- Run custom analytics & reporting to support business teams in right decision making during critical business meetings
- Conduct sophisticated & targeted business analysis & metrics evaluation to brings insights into areas of in-efficiencies
- Present data analysis into structured business impact stories to leadership teams

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCG or manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand planning, supply planning, MRP, and inventory management, logistics
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Planning tools like Kinaxis is a plus, ability yo
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bring innovative mindset to work on challenging use cases and conduct quick POCs of ideas
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Python or R and SQL for data analysis and automation
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain processes, regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
- Familiarity with advanced forecasting and optimization techniques
