Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, SCM , Analytics, Compliance and many other teams to build digital solutions 
• Work with the business/functional users to understand the business decision making process to recommend data-led solutions
• Learning and fully understanding the data landscape in databases and applications, reviewing and validating data
• Be a partner with design, development and user teams to set a roadmap and build solutions addressing the challenges in an agile fashion
• Monitor the development of the solution, course correct as needed, guide the technology team to completion
• Train the users across the organization on the solutions developed and drive the usage of the across the organization
• Use product analytics to understand how our products are used and help guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations we can make

Qualifications We Prefer

• Education: Degree/ MBA from Tier 1 Institutes
• Work Experience: 5-8 years of Experience in Digital Product Management

Skills & Attributes Technical Skills:

• Experience in creating Digital Technology enabled solutions addressing critical business needs
• Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Tableau, Microstrategy, Power BI etc.)
• Knowledge of database management systems, SQL and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
• Functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, E-commerce domain is desirable
• Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with Agile/ other project management methodologies
• Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems

Behavioral Skills:

• Result oriented and with a work ethic of delivering on-time and in scope
• Good analytical skills, enabling interpretation and analysis of information for decision-making
• Works effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to group dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating positive relationships and effective communication
