Role Summary:
Lead and elevate the organization’s performance management agenda by driving strategic execution, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment. This role demands ownership of the end-to-end performance cycle, proactive insights generation, and continuous improvement of systems and workflows to enhance business impact and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the performance management calendar, ensuring enterprise-wide adherence and timely execution of all milestones (goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews).
- Design and evolve performance dashboards and analytics tools to provide real-time visibility, actionable insights, and leadership-level reporting.
- Drive accountability across teams by monitoring closure rates, identifying bottlenecks, and enabling timely resolution through stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed performance rigor and consistency across functions, aligning with organizational priorities.
- Lead system optimization efforts in collaboration with vendor teams, ensuring seamless workflows, data integrity, and user experience.
- Own communication and change management for performance processes, including training, stakeholder briefings, and process documentation.
- Analyze performance health metrics to surface trends, risks, and opportunities; present findings to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Champion process excellence by identifying improvement areas, piloting enhancements, and institutionalizing best practices for scale and sustainability.

- 6–9 years of progressive HR experience, with deep expertise in performance management and process governance.
- Proven track record of managing complex performance cycles across large teams or matrixed organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of performance frameworks, talent philosophies, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Exceptional program management skills with a bias for execution and continuous improvement.
- Influential communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Agile mindset with comfort in navigating ambiguity and driving change in fast-paced environments.
