Company Description

Purpose          

Develop and implement an in-market launch plan for new products, develop forecasts for existing products and track achievement of sales, identify opportunities to strengthen the key account and distribution system, network with industry peers, build customer relationships, identify new opportunities to grow the business, identify capabilities and resources required for implementing relevant business initiatives within Regulatory norms and organizational policies and with the objective of increasing sales volume and achieving SFKPIs thereby creating a positive impact on market share and ranking of Dr Reddy's in the industry           

 


Job Description

1. Technical/Functional Competencies

Strategic Management        

Analyze organization’s competitive position by considering market and industry trends, existing and potential customers and strengths and weaknesses as compared to competitors

Sales management 

Manage sales operations flawlessly including planning, budgeting, managing inventory, engaging key customers amongst others

Demonstrate ownership for customer and organizational success. Hold teams and individuals accountable. Gain trust and respect for proactively driving results for assigned goals                

Data Analytics & SFE Management           

Regularly analyze data and generate insights to take appropriate action plan and course correction leading to high productivity from team

Ensure new product launch excellence and in-market product uptake to achieve targets

Digital Marketing Management

Support the overall agenda of patient-centric innovation-support/execute plan on “care beyond the pill”

People Management

Qualifications

Must have Experiences, Exposure and Educational background

  • Graduate with at least 8 years of sales management experience
  • Should have managed large teams, demonstrated consistent sales results
  • Understanding of local Pharma and Medical device market, key trends & KOL relationship, therapy knowledge, Territory and Geography knowledge, Sales skills, Marketing management
  • People management & coaching skill, Cross cultural orientation, Strong communication skills
