1. Content development and messaging – Work with customers/ team to create informative & educational content that addresses the needs to various customer segments
2. Craft clear evidence based messaging that highlights brand benefits.
3. Work with teams/ customers to craft strategy for understanding consumer needs, Insight mining, crafting compelling messaging to address the unmet needs and leveraging digital channels and technology platforms to increase access of brands to eligible patients.
4. Understanding customer needs to manage Life cycle by building the brand architecture
5. Conceptualizing and driving the growth projects for the brands along with CFTs and customers to ensure sustainable brand growths.
6. Working closely with customer to develop strong and actionable insights for brand growth
7. Adherence to Brand plan process in terms of rigor and preparation in consolation with customers in assigned geography!
8. Collecting behavioral and technical training needs based on field work, questionnaires and stakeholders inputs (both product/science related and skill areas); decide on the course of action (interventions) in discussion with the customers ; workout detail training plan for the year. Deliver training to the customers!
• 10+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
• MBA from reputed institute
• Demonstrated the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance and pro-actively develop and implement plans to improve performance.
• Ability to coach, train and give feedback to groups and individuals.
•Experience in Brand Management, Strategic planning, Business analytics, TA knowledge, New Product Launch
• Proved the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, demanding environment.
