Job Summary
We are seeking an experience and dynamic Lead PMO for overseeing the technical review and approval process for all capital expenditure (CAPEX) and Project Scope Change Request (PSCR) proposals. Your role involves ensuring optimal resource utilization, tracking project timelines and budgets, and managing the digitization process. Additionally, you will develop trackers for operational excellence and idle assets to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Interact with delivery planning and new product development team to understand requirements and priorities.
- Coordination with cross functional departments for the requirements to execute the New product launches as per plan.
- Daily interaction with CFT for output and huddles.
- Provide visibility of various bottleneck areas to the launch team and site head.
- Resolve issues related to priority clash for resources and take decisions on based on urgency of product requirement in the market.
- Preparation of product launch plans (excel) & trigger discussions with various functions appropriately to initiate the launch preparation activity in their respective areas: -
Plant - change parts / tanks / filters / other consumables / mfg. license.
MSAT- Mfg. team to initiate technical review, pre-validation, validation & commercial batches.
supply planning team- for PRs, material full kitting, batch scheduling.
procurement team- on availability of API/ excipients / primary and other PKG materials.
Packaging development team- To initiate the artworks development activity on-time.
- Schedule new product launch as per Business plan in coordination with SCM.
- Maintain ongoing relationship with Regulatory, Portfolio, Supply Chain IN ORDER TO take decisions on Launch activities & utilize resources optimally.
- Schedule / Conduct relevant Daily / Weekly / Monthly review meetings within FTL / with the cross functional & cross BU team Teams.
- Escalate issues to Sr. management at appropriate time for resolution.
- Preparation of monthly MIS report on new launch readiness and challenges.
- To adhere and comply Safety & Quality norms of organization
Educational qualification: master's degree in engineering/MBA
Minimum work experience- 7+Years of experience in Production Planning, New launches, material planning & warehouse.
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and operations.
• Experience with quality management systems, regulatory affairs, and EHS compliance.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
Behavioural skills
• Proactive leader and result oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with own team and cross-functional teams.
