We are looking for highly motivated Chartered Accountancy (CA) students who have completed IPCC and are eligible for Industrial Training. This role offers hands-on exposure to SOX compliance, internal audits, risk management, internal controls, audit analytics, and business process reviews within a global organization. The trainee will work closely with experienced audit and finance professionals and gain practical exposure to governance and compliance frameworks across multiple business functions.
🔹 SOX Compliance & Internal Controls
- Assist in execution of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities, including walkthroughs, control testing, and documentation updates.
- Support assessment of design and operating effectiveness of key business and IT controls.
- Track remediation of control deficiencies and follow up with control owners on closure of action plans.
- Assist in maintenance of Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), process narratives, and control documentation.
- Support coordination with external auditors and business teams during SOX reviews.
🔹 Internal Audit
- Participate in operational, financial, and compliance audits across various business functions.
- Assist in audit planning, risk assessments, process walkthroughs, and documentation of audit workpapers.
- Perform testing of key controls, data analysis, and substantive audit procedures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to audit observations and recommendations.
- Support preparation of audit reports and tracking of management action plans.
🔹 Audit Analytics & Data Analysis
- Extract, validate, and analyze large datasets using Excel, ERP systems, and audit analytics tools.
- Develop analytical reports and dashboards to identify trends, exceptions, and control gaps.
- Support Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) initiatives and automation of audit procedures.
- Perform data-driven testing for areas such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, fixed assets, and journal entries.
✅ Eligibility
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and completed IPCC/Intermediate qualification.
- Eligible to undergo Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
✅ Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is desirable.
- Interest in Internal Audit, SOX Compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Data Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.
