About the role:
As an HR Intern, you will gain practical, end-to-end exposure to the employee lifecycle and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our HR processes, governance, and employee experience. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), senior HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to support onboarding, engagement, HR operations, and leadership communication. This is a high-impact role designed to build your capability in HR systems, processes, analytics, and stakeholder management. Outstanding performers may be considered for full-time opportunities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1)
Employee Lifecycle Management
Support end-to-end onboarding by creating and executing a structured onboarding plan with strong governance. Coordinate new hire documentation, induction sessions, and stakeholder alignment. Track and analyze new hire experience surveys, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in managing confirmations, transfers, role changes, and offboarding formalities. Support HRBPs in resolving employee queries related to lifecycle activities.
2)
HR Operations & Governance
Work on HR operations tasks including HRIS updates, documentation, audits, and compliance checks. Support Lean Daily Management (LDM) practices through dashboards, cadence tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with HR Operations team to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
3)
HR Programs & HR MIS
Assist in managing HR MIS, dashboards, and monthly data reporting. Generate insights from employee data to support HR decision-making. Support rollout of corporate HR programs such as performance management, talent development, and inclusion initiatives.
4)
Communication
Draft communication decks, briefs, and updates for senior leaders and larger organization. Support HRBPs in preparing presentations and reports for business reviews.
5)
Employee Engagement
Ideate and drive employee engagement initiatives to build a fun, connected, and energetic workplace. Support execution of cultural events, celebrations, and employee well-being activities. Gather feedback on engagement initiatives and help evaluate their effectiveness.
6)
Additional Exposure
Participation in HR digital transformation initiatives. Exposure to compensation benchmarking and workforce analytics. Opportunity to work on special HR projects tied to business priorities.
What you will learn-
As an HR Intern, you will gain practical experience in global HR shared services, employee engagement, and service delivery. You'll work closely with seasoned HR professionals, honing your communication and problem-solving skills while managing employee queries and refining HR workflows. This role will provide hands-on exposure to real-time HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll and benefits teams, and contributing to process improvements. By the end of the apprenticeship, you'll be well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of a dynamic HR environment.
