Job Description

Revisiting the Planning process -Digital Transformation

  • Leading the PSAI SCM digital transformation initiatives.
  • Detailed Gap assessment of current and defining the future state.
  • Redesigning the workflows in Kinaxis and SAP and co-ordinate with development teams for timely delivery.
  • Co-ordinating with demand & central planning teams and identify the gaps and build the use cases.
  • Developing a roadmap for use cases development, prototyping, testing, deployment, and monitoring of new solutions.
  • Developing a strategy for implementing technology solutions that align with SCM transformational.
  • Principal contact between Central Planners, Demand planners and Technology development teams.
  • Lead demand planning through Kinaxis, co-ordinate with demand and Kinaxis team and debottleneck issues if needed.
  • Lead RCCP through Kinaxis, co-ordinate with central planners team and debottleneck issues if needed.
  • Lead MRP through Kinaxis, co-oridnate with central planners team and ensure auto PR's are being generated for both captive and external demands.

Revisiting the planning process - Change Management

  • Lead and Drive the change management in PSAI SCM and aligning with future organization goals.
  • Define and manage campaign strategy, align with all stakeholders - Sales, Mfg, Sourcing, MSAT, IPDO and GG.
  • Evaluate and define the scientifically calculated stock norms for all MTS products.
  • Drive forecast based planning for all MTS products.
  • Improve forecast accuracy by driving consensus demand planning in co-ordination with demand and sales team.
  • Ensure 12 month rolling dependent demand is being provided in SAP and no manual intervention of captive demand flow.
  • MTO/TSL management and advancing of RM in co-ordinate with PSAI external and GG team.
  • Define new methodologies for OTIF, Forecast and R Vs A KPI's for both external and GG for leading improvements.
  • Monthly tracking of KPI's in new methodology and plan for necessary interventions on need basis for improvements.

Technical Business Engagement Support for Seedings & Lock-Ins to ensure Supplies

  • End to End support on PSD related projects for Seedings and Lockin's deliveries.
  • Daily co-ordiante with CS team and gather new queries related to PSD requirements.
  • Evaluate with existing trends and check whether requirements can be met or need interventions.
  • Co-ordinate with quality control to test the PSD as per customer method if needed.
  • Co-ordinate with IPDO team if new development w.r.t process and/or method is needed to meet the customer PSD requirement.
  • Monthly review meeting with sales and demand team to prioritize the requirements and check the status of existing queries.
  • Weekly review with IPDO team to prioritize and debottleneck for expediting the projects and ensure the deliveries are done as per requirement.

Launch Management

  • Launch Data consolidation from different regions and GG FTL teams.
  • Evaluate the consolidated launch data with sales team and GG FTL team for product, launch country, qty and value.
  • Risk identification of listed launch products and define risk in listed launch products.
  • Co-ordinate with sourcing team and identify vendor capacity and check for continuity of supplies for launch quantities and plan for AVD's if necessary.
  • Evaluate capacity requirement for launch and post launch against the start plan projections and plan for capacity expansion if necessary.
  • Evaluate regulatory filing for each customer, product & launch country combination for external and internal and plan for variation if necessary.
  • Evaluate and co-ordinate with IPDO for quality and process robustness issues for launch products.
  • Co-ordinate with Mfg. team and central planners for launch RM and mfg. scheduling and follow-up on execution
  • Co-ordinate and track launch orders and deliveries to monitor launch OTIF.

Productivity Dashboards Management

  • Develop productivity dashboard's for demand & planning team in Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
  • Discuss and gather the requirements and develop, deploy and train the team on the usage of dashboards.
  • Data management for following dashboard - PSAI Open Order book, GG Order Book, Commercial OTIF, Launch OTIF, SNT Data, SAP and XCEED customer master alignment, Seeding & Lockins, GGC vs A etc.
  • Standardize and integrate internal used excel templates and Sync to productivity dashboards for ease of access.
  • Use of dashboards for monthly and weekly reviews.
  • Supporting Jarvis team in terms of half yearly/yearly data load on GLC data base & LOA data base.

New Products, Repeaters and site variations Demand and Supply management

  • Tracking and consolidation of repeaters and new products demand.
  • Check for existing stocks and plan for MTO requirements to advance the RM procurements.
  • Follow-up with each region sales team for raising MTO's and keep the track of all MTO requirements.
  • Follow-up with central planners and raise required PR against confirmed MTO's and follow-up for RM delivery schedule.
  • Co-ordinate with MSAT & Mfg. team for Manufacturing schedule and align the supplies as per required delivery timelines.
  • Weekly co-ordinate with IPDO for new product samples, orders, Imp etc. deliveries aginst the requirements, debottleneck if necessary in discussion with RDO team.
  • Weekly publish repeaters and new products open orders to stakeholders.
  • Tracking site transfer products update on batch size, validation, RMC status from new site & sharing with stakeholders on need basis.
  • Monitoring regulatory customer notifications, whenever there is major changes in CEP/DMF’s which will may impact customer ongoing supplies and launch products then update the stakeholders monthly basis.
  • Connecting with front end team/CSC commercial team/regulatory team on customer variations to CIP process

Qualifications

BE Chemical, MBA & PMP can be optional with over 15+ years of relevant experience
