Job Summary

We are seeking for a dynamic Finance Planner for supporting the company’s financial planning & analytics, including MIS, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring. The role will closely work with the business and functional teams, to ensure accurate financials reporting and provide insights that helps management make data-driven decisions. The role will also drive key 

Roles & Responsibilities

Monthly Reporting of Performance : 

a) Prepare monthly MIS statements(P&L, OE analysis, Sales variance analysis, Cost variance anaysis)  ; explain major variances post discussion with various stakeholders;
c) Prepare presentations for Monthly Review Meetings for analysis of Business performances and Business Review Meetings in order to drive financial performance and give insights to the relevant stakeholders. 

Accounting Period (Quarterly) Closing Activities

Prepare Analytical Review of Sales (both at IGAAP level & IFRS level); analyze top products, variance (price and volume) QoQ; report the relevant business reasons post interaction with front end teams for the variance.

Budgeting & Forecasting

a) Collate sales data to facilitate & support on analysis (variance,growth,etc.) which helps supervisor to meet the corporate aspirations. 
b) Facilitate various Cross Funtional Teams to set their budgets for the next year.
c) Prepare the Latest Estimates every month based on current business conditions.                   

Digital Initiative 

Be part of digital initiatives, and drive process simplifications and improvements 

Other analytics 
Support on driving the analytics agenda 

Educational qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA , with 3-6 years of experience.
 

Minimum work experience:
3 to 6 years of experience
