Job Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented HR Operations Excellence Specialist to elevate the effectiveness and experience of HR operations across recruitment and employee lifecycle processes. This role will focus on driving process maturity, embedding Lean principles, and implementing scalable improvements that enhance both employee and candidate journeys. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for operational excellence, a deep understanding of HR processes, and a commitment to delivering seamless, human-centric experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for analyzing and redesigning HR processes with a focus on improving employee and candidate experience, reducing friction, and increasing responsiveness.
- You will be responsible for assessing current-state processes against capability maturity models and designing future-state workflows that reflect best-in-class operational standards.
- You will be responsible for applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and optimize turnaround times.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining process documentation, including SOPs, swim lane diagrams, and service blueprints, to support standardization and scalability.
- You will be responsible for conducting operational audits and readiness assessments to ensure compliance, data integrity, and process discipline.
- You will be responsible for partnering with recruitment, HR operations, and technology teams to implement digital solutions that streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key operational metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- You will be responsible for supporting change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication, to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in HR operations, process excellence, or transformation roles.
- Proven experience in applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to HR processes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle operations.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools, HRIS platforms, and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
