• Manage day to day serialization related operational issues
• Implementation of serialization as per new regulatory requirements
• Onboarding of new CMOs  by integrating with L4 systems and testing
• Onboarding of new products in TrackNTrace system
• Master data management of serialization products
• Development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under TrackNtrace systems
• Implementation of serialization process in line with GS1 serialization guidelines
• Evaluation of new requirements from users, change management, testing and implementaiton
• Design new solution based on new serialization requirements
• Work with CSV and QA team on the design of test plans, test cases
• Participating in resolving TrackNtrace system integration problems
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and effective communication throughout projects

Education: Degree in CSE / IT 

Work Experience: 5-6 years of Packing operations experience which 3 years should be in TrackNTrace operations (Serialization)
