    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Compliance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for driving ethical business practices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, learn continuously, and engage with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Compliance Monitoring & Testing:

    • Conduct transactional testing and periodic reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
    • Support internal audits and compliance reviews, especially in sales and marketing functions.

    Risk Assessment & Mitigation:

    • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
    • Support investigations and root cause analyses related to compliance breaches.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with business units to promote a culture of compliance.
    • Provide guidance and support on compliance-related queries and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross functional team including Finance for resolution and support.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
    • Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.

    Training and Communication:

    • Ensure effective communication and training on compliance policies across departments

    Qualifications

    Preferred Background & Skills:

    Industry Experience:

    • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred.
    • Exposure to sales and marketing compliance, promotional review, or medical affairs is a plus.

    Functional Expertise:

    • Experience in compliance, internal audit, forensic reviews, or transactional testing.
    • Familiarity with global compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive engagement.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • CA/CA Inter or equivalent expertise
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Law, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in compliance or related functions.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools/systems.
