Purpose:
The brand manager will assume end-to-end repsonsibility for the successful launch and commercialization of Digital Therapeutics in the South African market from a scientific and marketing perspective. The role will have a dual customer facing and office-based functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal
- Project and product leader for portfolio and coordinates all cross-functional efforts to successfully deliver on the commercial launch and growth strategy for portfolio.
- Responsible for delivering gross sales for portfolio
External
- Funders- work closely with market access manager to secure funding for portfolio
- Key external experts - scientific data generation and dissemination
- Scientific societies - identify and leverage opportunities to partner with scientific societies to increase share of voice of Dr Reddy's within scientific community
- Key Accounts - Regularly engages with key accounts to ensure fulfilment of prescriptions and optimal customer care.
- Explore alternative go to market models, e-commerce and consumerization.

Qualification:
- Medical Science or B. Commerce
- At least 3 years experience in a marketing role within pharma or prescription-based medical devices
- Experience with brand consumerization or e-commerce
- Advanced data analytics capabilities will be an advantage
- Qualification or experience in complex project management - required
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with patient journey mapping
- Experience in launching innovative assets
Knowledge:
- 'Knowledge of medical devices regulations in South Africa
