Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate - Product Management to interact with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and document project needs. Your role involves collaborating with system architects to identify technical solutions aligned with business strategy, documenting scope and design, and providing solutions that balance value and scope. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring timely product delivery, stakeholder management, and project management, ensuring seamless alignment between solutions and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for interacting with the business to gather, understand, and document project needs and requirements. This involves analysing process documents, workflows, and conducting workshops and surveys.
• You will be responsible for collaboration with system architects and business partners to identify technical solutions for business process improvements that are aligned with business strategy.
• Your role includes documenting scope, conceptual design, business and quality requirements, providing solutions that balance the value proposition and scope, mapping functional requirements and preparing digital engagement action plans.
• Throughout the product development lifecycle, you will work closely with engineering, design, data sciences, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
• You will be responsible for establishing key success metrics, measuring them post-launch, and looking for opportunities for optimizing product/feature performance.
• You will leverage technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Block chain, Mobility, and Cloud to address business problems.
• Your role also involves identifying required data and data sources for analysis, attributing model outcomes to business context, and aligning solution fitment with business.
• You will anchor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for deployment, and manage stakeholders and projects effectively.
Educational qualification: A B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum work experience: 1 to 2 years of experience
