How did your journey with Dr. Reddy's begin?

I started my career with Dr. Reddy's as a campus recruit in 2014. Joined as a technical trainee in Formulations development.

How would you describe your personal and professional development?

On the professional front - I have become very mature in handling complex decisions for business outcome and growth. I was given key challenges to work on during early days in my career which has helped me to develop professionally. On the personal front, it has helped me to be patient and analyze situations from all perspectives.

What is it about Dr. Reddy's that has made you stay here for so long?

I always got an opportunity to work in various streams and challenging positions. I was never in a very sedentary position throughout my career. Why not work for a company which takes care of ur personal and professional growth.. Dr. Reddy's gave me both. I got an opportunity to work with great leaders and I am still learning a lot.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Be more competitive and disciplined. Don't take things easy and keep learning beyond your functional boundaries

What decision has influenced your career the most?

Taking up the role of portfolio management for India business from a scientist role was the best decision I have taken.

What has surprised you the most career-wise?

I have never dreamt of moving to marketing role during my college days but now here i am - loving every bit of my work. I am sure there are lot more surprises ahead and am looking forward to it.
