Job Description

Job summary
We are looking for an individual responsible for the receipts and dispensing of materials, as well as physical verification within Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance. The objective is to perform these activities in accordance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) norms, covering receipt, dispensing, storage, and physical verification of materials.

Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for the timely receipt and issuance of materials, Semi-finished goods and finished goods, conducting online documentation, and preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received materials within 48 hours.
• Completion of related documentation, including filling incoming materials checklists and uploading documents in SAP, is essential.
• Managing SU (Storage Unit) labels generation and material BIN (Batch Identification Number), updating bin management and SAP transactions promptly without any pending tasks, falls under your purview.
• Your role involves dispensing materials with 100% compliance on FEFO (First Expiry First Out) or as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), ensuring material issuance on the same day, and preventing plant stoppages due to non-dispensing of materials.
• Identifying non-moving and slow-moving inventory is crucial, and you'll be responsible for creating a report from the 25th to the 30th of every month.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with QC (Quality control) for the retesting of materials and ensure the destruction of expired materials within the specified timeline.


Qualifications

Educational qualification: A Graduation in Science

Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in functional skills related to material dispensing, indicating the ability to accurately and efficiently handle the dispensing of materials in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Basic operations proficiency in SAP and MES, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize SAP and MES software for tasks related to material management.
• Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in material handling and warehouse operations.
• Expertise in cGMP warehouse operations, emphasizing adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices in the storage, handling, and movement of materials within a warehouse setting.

Behavioural skills
• Demonstrates fundamental communication skills, facilitating effective interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams, contributing positively to team dynamics.
• Possesses an eye for detailing, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks.
