About Digital Process Excellence (DPEx)

Our digital transformation journey is led by the DPEx team and is structured along the lines of Digitalize the Core and Transform with Digital.

With a mandate to ensure continuous process improvement and drive patient centric innovation, it spans all functions and operations. In other words, you could be working on projects to create experience for Medical reps one day, designing customer engagement platforms the next and new gen tech Pilot to bring business impact the third.

• Reimagine Dr. Reddy’s as a ‘platform-based’ organization.
• Create Data as an asset that brings competitive advantage and business impact

Create Digital solutions that make the lives of our patients and customers easier and better

Who will you work with

As a part of the Digital Design CoE you will be working on digital platforms for process excellence, for employee experience and productivity, for doctor engagement and for patient engagement. The role requires you to understand context and work with the designers in the team to enable and empower them to go through the UX and UI journey. An important part of the role is to work closely with the stakeholders and business teams and understand context.

Qualifications We Prefer

Must have:

• Degree from a design Institute
• UX experience of at least 3-7 years(excluding internships)
• Ability to manage stakeholders and business expectations
• Great presentation and visual design skills
• Understanding of the UX process
• Good hand on UI and Figma
• Good communication skills

Good to have:

• Some experience working with data visualisation and dashboards

Not needed:

• Coding skills.
