Team Member SHE (Safety )

1.1 Supporting in implementation of Safety, health, environment policies and procedures

1.2      strengthen and upkeep the emergency system like fire hydrant, smoke detection, PA, sprinkler, Aerosol etc.

1.3       Implement safety system like work permits, Gemba, SOI,CSFA and improvement in systems, LOTO, MOC, PSSR etc

1.4 Be Leading role In Investigation of incidents and implementation of Corrective actions & Preventive actions to avoid the reoccurrence of accidents.

1.5         Leading role in conducting Mock drills and updating of onsite Emergency plan and to check the Emergency preparedness among all employee’s in

case of unexpected eventualities.

1.6      Maintain Inventory management related to Safety, Health, environment and Pr creation to maintain same in SAP.

1.7          To conduct Tool inspection, issuing work permits and compliance.

1.8          Organizing/supporting safety committee meetings at regular intervals and implement the Suggestions Given by the committee members.

1.9        Conducting Safety induction training programs as well gaps identified based on audits, Gemba etc to improve the awareness

1.10        To support in Planning and execution of safety Health & Environment projects. (as and when required)

1.11       To support Coordination of the employee Engagement activities to Motivate employees to achieve good practices of safety & Environment.

1.12        Supporting in improving processes Moc, PSSR, contractor evaluation index etc

1.13        Maintain SHE MIS reports.

1.14        Leading role in Risk assessment review of activities (HIRA, JSA)

1.15      Supporting in meeting Site MSI score as per target

1.17        Organize Monthly SHE campaign at site as per guidance.

1.18     To monitor and support to meet ESG Goals of site.
