Job Description

Team Member Project Management for OTC plays a pivotal role in managing operations for OTC private label customers. This role bridges cross-functional teams (CFTs), customers, and supply partners to ensure seamless execution of packaging artwork, documentation, and commercialization activities. The incumbent will drive operational excellence, enabling speed-to-market, compliance, and customer satisfaction while supporting sales growth in the private label business.Manage key OTC account operations, serving as the primary point of contact for operational matters

  • Lead cross-functional projects, facilitating meetings and maintaining project trackers
  • Oversee new item setup, revisions, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate artwork, packaging, and documentation processes, including management of customer portals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities, identify risks, and drive resolution of issues
  • Support Sales and Marketing in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and bid submissions
  • Ensure smooth transition of commercialized products to Supply Chain for production and fulfillment
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing timely updates and support

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Packaging, or related field.

Minimum work experience:

  • 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or operations (OTC, CPG, or private label preferred).

Skills & attributes:

 

  • Strong knowledge of packaging artwork, BOMs, and documentation systems (Karomi or similar).
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  •  Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to interact effectively with customers and internal leadership.
  • Customer Focus: Builds trust and delivers solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Project Leadership: Proactively manages timelines, risks, and deliverables across functions.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamlines processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Creates alignment and fosters accountability within cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipates challenges and drives effective resolutions.

Incumbent should be willing to work in person from our Princeton, NJ office.
