Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team memeber in the pilot plant team who is proficient in executing pilot bio batches in adherence to the daily plan, providing clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing instructions for the shop floor. Has ability to effectively train and guide operators on a daily basis, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and meticulous documentation to guarantee the successful execution of pilot bio batches, operational readiness for any upcoming audits.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for planning and supervison of pilot bio batches on daily basis as per execution plan at pilot plant, preparation of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs).
  • You will be responsible for allocation of resources and qualification of equipment as per the need and to initiate change controls for the new equipment qualification. 
  • You will be responsible to maintain compliance of shop floor, online documentation and ensure the quality system and Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) are followed. 
  • You will be participating in audits and facilitate visits, interact with the auditors on briefing of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs).
  • You will be responsible for the training the operators on Standard Operating procedures (SOP), equipment, procurement of production resources, maintaining the inventory. 
  • You will be responsible for documentation of production resources, calibration of balances, tooling inspection, sieve/screen record, filter bag details etc. 
  • You will be responsible for online documentation and review of batch records, protocols, log books and status labeling.
  • You will be responsible for adherence to quality, safety procedures & policies at manufacturing sites.
  • You will be responsible for production related activities in SAP (S4-HANA), ELN, DOCHUB and other digital platforms.
  • You will be responsible for strict adherence to cGMP requirements and compliance to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: B. Pharma/M.Pharma

Minimum work experience: 3-6 years in OSD Manufacturing in Pharma.

Skills & attributes: 
Technical Skills

  • Experience in Process knowledge in Pharma industry.
  • Experience in managing resources like equipment, facility and resources.
  • Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and GDP.
  • Experience in Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Understanding process challenges and equipment trouble shooting.

Behavioural Skills  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with own team and cross-functional teams.
  • Good at building and leveraging relationships.
