Job Summary
We are looking for an individual to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and quality standards, ensuring batch manufacturing activities, coordinating with various departments to maintain operational efficiency. The role involves executing production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams and meeting production targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for adherence to company safety norms, policies, and SOPs (Standard
- Proven experience in PEPTIDE manufacturing.
- Expertise in RPHPLC DAC column packing and slurry preparation procedure.
- Knowledge on mobile phase and stationary phase preparation as per the procedure.
- Knowledge on Column DAC and SCADA system operation.
- Knowledge on Adsorption and desorption technique in preparative column.
- Knowledge on preparative column regeneration technique.
- Experience on problem identification by referring w..r.to peak resolution.
- Expertise in gradient method loading and execution
- Experience in DCS & MES operation.
Educational qualification: An B.Sc/ M.Sc (Analytical/ Organic Chemistry)
Minimum work experience: 4 - 8 years Experience
