Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Packaging and development team member..
 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and design packaging material for OSD, liquid new product launch.
  • De-risk new launch from packaging material and machinery perspective.
  • Support launch team with technical and documentation for on time launch.
  • Specs/Protocol/MPC/Datasheet preparation.
  • Co-ordination with Artwork team for Artwork preparation. Check artworks technically to avoid any production line stoppage.
  • Conduct transport validation study, UN certification testing, CR testing.
  • Co-ordination with RA/QA/QC/SCM/MKT/Production/CMO for packaging development work.
  • Change part layout development, machine trial for new packaging material.
  • Handling Work related to Life Cycle management of Product.
  • Handling project of Process simplification, Cost improvement projects.
  • Driving cost savings project.
  • Handling all Packaging Development related shop floor issues.
  • Handling AVD projects for Packaging material.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Science Graduate with Post Graduate with diploma in Packaging technology or B. Pharma or M. Pharma or M.Sc. with Packaging Development experience

Minimum work experience: 0-3 years of experience in Pharma/life Sciences/ related industry

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge on packaging materials, machines, printing technologies, medical devices.
  • Knowledge on new developments & trends in packaging

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective planning and high level of performance orientation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with own team and cross-functional teams.

Packaging Development Department

We are work in the Packing Development Department at FTO SEZ Plant, driving innovative packaging solutions for commercial products. Our key responsibilities include developing and optimizing packaging designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, and providing technical support to enhance packaging efficiency. By leveraging industry trends, materials science, and customer insights, We contribute to creating sustainable, user-friendly, and visually appealing packaging that meets global standards. Our role enables me to blend creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality packaging solutions.
