Technical Skills

• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industries, including current trends, challenges and opportunities.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, such as plastic, glass, laminate, foil, paper
• Familiarity with packaging standards, such as USP, EP and ISO standards.
• Understanding of the packaging design principles, including structural design and labelling.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).

Behavioural Skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with own team, cross-functional teams, suppliers and external partners. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Department

Packaging Development Department

We are work in the Packing Development Department at FTO SEZ Plant, driving innovative packaging solutions for commercial products. Our key responsibilities include developing and optimizing packaging designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, and providing technical support to enhance packaging efficiency. By leveraging industry trends, materials science, and customer insights, We contribute to creating sustainable, user-friendly, and visually appealing packaging that meets global standards. Our role enables me to blend creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality packaging solutions.
