Purpose:
The project coordinator will assume end-to-end responsibility for the implementation of Heart Failure Counsellor program - ARISE HF & Repatha PSP – Jagruti.
Areas of Responsibility (AOR):
- Maximus: Arise HF Counsellor Project
- Leading team of 85 + Heart Failure Counsellors: Daily OPDs planning & execution/Periodical reviews/Medical & PV training/Monthly Rosters/Daily, weekly/Monthly review presentations
- Customer data Management: HCP wise comprehensive monthly Quintile tracker & analytics for ARNI adoption
- Input branding, Design & Dispatch: Liasoning with marketing & Saral team for Arise HF Counsellor & patient inputs
- Strategic intervention to improve effectiveness of the program to create value for patient, customer and field force
- Adoption of 100 KOLs from HF Clinics to maintain regular connect through FW, insights generation and implementation of HF clinic initiatives
- Monthly Creative campaign design and roll out for 180 clinic, Monitor implementation and execution to improve Cidmus P/D
- Conference banner/Stall design and making stall inputs available at the venue- coordination within vertical for joint participation
- Sales Team Support
- Primus: Repatha Patient Support Program- Jagruti
- Leading team of 10 counsellors for daily planning, execution and review. Monitoring Patient onboarding, Adherence, and enrollment.
- Managing crp (PAP) Patient delivery and administration of injections, document verification, maintenance of records and stock management

- Sales Team Support
Education:
- BSC or MSC in Life science, Chemistry, Biotechnology or nutrition
- BPharm
Location: Hyderabad
Work Experience:
- >5 years of experience in handling patient support program in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in handling compliance documentation, maintaining the database for OPDs (Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually), seamless sharing of information to stakeholders
