Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented engineering team member who has experience & good knowledge in Pretreatment, Injectable Water System Operation and maintenance and trouble- shooting of WFI, Purified water, PSG systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Adhere to the SOP’s and laid down procedures in the water system area.
- To perform routine area/equipment Cleaning, Disinfection preparation related activities and documentation for same.
- To coordinate with the superiors and other related departments for the smooth functioning of the activities.
- To ensure up keeping of the equipment, area and daily records.
- To update SOP’S periodically as per requirement/schedule.
- To maintain and follow the safety precautions to avoid accidents/incidents in water system.
- Receipt and submission of the SOP's, logbooks, other formats and all GMP documents etc to the QA department
- To complete any other task/ project assigned by superior.
- To perform on- line entries in GMP documents like printouts, log-books etc. as per Good Documentation Practice.
- To maintain cleaning and sanitization in the Water system area.
- To participate in qualification and validation activities.
- To prepare/review GMP documents like URS, qualification, validation, study protocols and reports.
- Execution and supervision of the departmental activities.
- To raise the quality notification i.e. Change control, incident, CAPA, shall work to close the actions within time line.
- To raise the breakdown requests in SAP and inform to all concerned person
- To participate in inspections (Internal/External).
- To co-ordinate and support for timely completion of calibration, preventive maintenance, qualification/validation of equipment as per schedule.
- To Perform Preventive maintenance activities of Water system equipment
- Control of the incidents and unusual observations by close monitoring of the operations.
- Daily reporting to the Department Section Head.
- Review of water quality trends.
- To ensure and coordinate with cross functional team members to perform preventive maintenance schedules are carried out in SAP and maintaining the necessary record, Break downs & General maintenance activities and Sanitizations as per defined frequency.
- To Monitor and Ensure the Pure steam Quality test parameters of Pure steam Performed by External /internal Agency and maintain necessary Test reports Record.
- Additionally he is responsible to maintain spares of Water System equipment by follow up with OEM & External vendors & SCM, and ensure availability of Water System equipment’s from time to time.
- Operation of water system Equipment .
- Ensure contract manpower training and department team trainings coordination and tracking online.
Educational qualification: Diploma/BTech/BE, Electrical/electronics/Mechanical
Minimum work experience: 6 to 8 years
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of GMP and GEP. Should have knowledge & experience in injectable water systems.
- Knowledge and experience in handling mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
- Experience in troubleshot and breakdown management of machines and equipment.
- Experience in managing preventive maintenance plans.
- Ability to manage maintenance budget of an area/unit.
Behavioural skills
• Communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross functional teams, external contractors and agencies.
• Attention to detail to ensure preventive maintenance, documentation, and inventory control.
