1. Water system SME  Responsibilities
   1. Responsible for regular operation and Maintenance of Purified Water Circulation Loop.
2. Responsible for regular operation and Maintenance of Purified Water generation systems and Pre-Treatment Systems.
3. Recording and verifying all the documents online.
4. Verification of online printouts.
5. Responsible for regular operation of and Maintenance of Pump House, Underground Sumps and Overhead Tanks.
6. Attending at Breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
7. Scheduling of Preventive maintenance, Sump Cleaning and consumables replacement.
8. Initiation of projects and preparation of project schedules.
9. Operation and maintenance of pre treatment water plant purified water generations system.
10.  Reviewing and Preparation of Operating instructions, PMP task List and SOP’s.
11.  Initiation, execution and Closing of Change controls.
12.  Raising breakdown notification and closing of task.
13.  Initiating purchase request.
14.  Maintaining inventor.
15.  Preparation of as built layouts.
16. Ensuring all the safety standards in respective areas.
17. Proper maintenance of Equipment area cleaning.
18. Coordinate for Facility upkeep in Water system Areas.
19. Documentation of all works / activities.
20. Guiding and controlling external vendors working inside the plant.
21. Execution of in-house projects as and when assigned.
22. Ensure that all Water system Personnel follow approved procedures & Operating Instructions.
23. Shift handling and controlling shift related activities & Continuous monitoring of equipment performance for optimum productivity.
24. Commissioning & Qualification of Purified water generation and distribution system
25. Handling of Qualification documents, URS,DQ,IQ,OQ&PQ
26. Preparation and review of SOPs, commissioning checklist.
