Educational qualification: A Diploma or a B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum work experience: 4 to 6 years

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills

• Up keeping the facility in Good, Presentable & Auditable condition.

• Handing of all Audit compliance works related to civil.

• Preparation of all Facility, Equipment and HVAC drawings for updating site Master File.

• Co-ordination for within & outside department for civil Maintenance, Modification & Internal projects.

• Review and Indenting Spares /Instruments required for various civil Maintenance and modification & Follow-up with SCM for delivery of Material.

• Timely resolving the problems of carpentry , plumbing & Facility up keeping activities

• Ensuring Plant is ready for inspection in all civil aspects

• Performing building maintenance activities as per schedule

• Handing and Co-coordinating of all In-house projects related to Civil

• Co-ordination with Service providers during installation and commissioning and
  • Execution of systems and Equipment’s

• To Ensure that all daily usage logbooks and ensure documentation is online

• Follow SOP, OI, FM Schedules, Safety, CGmp & Good documentation practices

• Initiation of the change controls and closure of the same within timelines.

• Preparation of user requirement specification, Technical Comparison and getting quotation for newly proposed areas.

• Allotting works to all civil personnel & Ensuring completion in safe condition.

• Communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross functional teams, external contractors and agencies.
• Attention to detail to ensure preventive maintenance, documentation, and inventory control.
• Commitment to quality and compliance.
