Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Program Management: Manage SDP, Scorecard, and other site programs like Re-Ignite, Zero BAD, Lean Operating Model, OSD-SDP, Gemba outcomes etc., and manage all projects to within the approved budgets. Build sustainable systems & processes for seamless project flow.
2. Supply strategy: Understand the long-term demand plans w.r.t plant capacity and track the implementation of the business strategy and moves to improve supply assurance / OTIF and minimize sales loss / COLO due to infrastructure constraints.
3. Risk assessment: Understand the risk analysis in terms of Cost, Capacity, Execution delay of new projects along with working out capacity details, IN ORDER TO address any risk associated with the capacity utilization and cost leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management:

• Shaping up a project master plan and aligning Make Vs. buy decisions aligning teams, escalation, percolation mechanism for issue resolution on time.
• Early warning signals to Top management on slippages, prepare actions in the form of MoM and track the progress to keep program on track and for timely delivery.
• Aligning project plans with execution plans. Escalation, percolation mechanism for issue resolution on time IN ORDER TO deliver on Project Milestones on time in full.

Execution Excellence:

• Identify areas of improvements during project execution & bring in the best of processes to aid in commercial batches, new product development, execution & filing.
• Planning and managing plant connect, internal FTO and external stakeholders – macro (multi-year) to micro (day-wise) planning.

Maximizing resource utilization and productivity:

• Effective communication and collaboration across teams are crucial for aligning goals and ensuring resources are used effectively.
• Monitoring performance metrics allows for timely adjustments and ensures goals are met or exceeded

Educational qualification:

Graduate / PG in Science or Engineering

MBA and PMP certification (not mandatory, will be preferred)

Minimum work experience: 8 to 12 years
