Job Description

Responsibilities

 To carry out Preventive Maintenance preparation and execution of manufacturing & packing equipment as per P.M in SAP.

To co-ordinate all engineering related activities in Packing/Production Department.

 To carry out Breakdown of manufacturing & packing equipment.

To ensure Calibration of instruments with documents.

URS Preparation,CAPEX initiatiion, Technical comparisons and Installation and commissioning of manufacturing & packing equipment.

Process improvements and modifications and upgradation.

To ensure the plant instruments and equipment as per safety guidelines.

Documentation as per the requirement.

Inventory and Spare Management.

To ensure all the safety standards are being followed and all the contractors using PPEs whileWorking.

To carry out root cause analysis for critical break down and equipment related failures.

 To carry out incident investigation for equipment control related failures.

 Responsible for invoice processing related to process engineering.

Responsible for implementation of projects related to safety, Quality and Productivity.

 All-time readiness for audit.

To carry out knowledge sharing sessions and learn teach learn sessions with team members

Shift planning and Operations for the Process Engineering

Responsible for the upgradation Projects in defined time lines.

Responsible for implementation of TPM in the Plant.


Qualifications

Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum work experience: 12-15 years of experience, in the Process Engineering (Mechanical)
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills.

  • TPM way of approach and Engineering technical capability
  • Experience in preventive maintenance and engineering solutions
  • Understanding of Good Engineering Practices.
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory standards.
  • Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Experience in Engineering, Vendor management, Contractor management and safety requirements.
  • Strong TPM culture and OE implementation.
  • Safety culture.
