Job Summary
- You will work with Business, HR Leaders, HRBPs and Talent Management Specialists to resolve BU(Business Unit) specific talent challenges and drive harmonization of people-related processes and frameworks to ensure uniformity in talent approach.
- You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop relevant Talent interventions based on insights.
- You will support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process, talent connects and leadership development programs. You will be responsible for tracking succession readiness and progress of actions through metrics and dashboards, and analyzing talent trends across the organization
- You will work to increase internal mobility, cross-functional movements including planning, designing and executing growth bridges, and design and select the appropriate assessment methodologies
- You will be responsible to manage roles movements through expat/repat assignments, short terms assignments and Gigs
- You will work on facilitating talent nudges and career conversations between managers and employees through a programmatic approach; create visibility for careers for employees and drive adoption of the internal Talent Marketplace
- Additionally, you will closely work with the HR IT team and external partners to deploy organization-wide talent/capability processes through suitable IT platforms.
Qualification
An MBA in Human Resources, with 2-5 years of experience in Talent Management
TMP or STMP certification from TMI would be an added advantage
Relevant certifications – OPQ, DiSC etc would be an advantage
Skills & Attributes
Technical Skills
- Past experience is design and running Talent management processes like succession planning, Hi-Po development and leadership development
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of learning program design and development, Talent mobility, HRIT systems is preferred
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint is expected. Knowledge of Analytical tools, Power Apps would be an advantage
Behavioural Skills
- Strong communicator, highly energetic with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proven consultative approach and project management skills.
- Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs and designing and rolling out HR & talent solutions.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and act even without complete direction.
