Roles & Responsibilities
- DrivDrive end-to-end recruitment for assigned Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal) by developing and executing function-specific hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans..
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to ensure clear role definition, calibrate expectations, and effectively position roles to Talent Scouts and external candidates.
- Act as a strategic talent partner by providing insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, hiring timelines, competitor landscape, and market feasibility.
- Build and proactively maintain strong talent pipelines across specialized domains.
- Conduct continuous talent mapping and deliver structured insights through quarterly dashboards, talent heatmaps, and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy and audit readiness within Smart Recruiters, maintaining high standards of system hygiene and compliance.
- Provide regular updates to business stakeholders on hiring progress; develop and manage recruitment MIS, leveraging data-driven insights to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
- Lead compensation discussions and offer negotiations, ensuring internal parity and closure of offers with a balanced, win-win approach while adhering to organizational policies.
- Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships across business leaders, candidates, and internal partners; actively participate in business reviews to understand evolving talent needs and challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with P&O, Compensation & Benefits, TA CoEs, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless hiring experience.
- Deliver hiring outcomes within defined SLAs by effectively leveraging all sourcing channels,
Contribute to and support global TA initiatives such as DEI, TA technology enablement, and process optimization projects.
Education & Experience
- 8–12 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end hiring for one or more Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Compliance).
- Proven ability to manage mid-to-senior level hiring with strong closure track record.
- Strong expertise in market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor benchmarking.
- Ability to design and execute role-specific hiring strategies aligned to business needs.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and influencing hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
- Strong data orientation, with experience in MIS, dashboards, and deriving hiring insights.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and high focus on data accuracy & compliance.
- Proven skills in salary negotiation and offer management, ensuring high conversion rates and parity adherence.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills to position roles effectively.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment, supporting SLAs and global hiring projects.
