Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process, collaborating closely with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and ensuring the organization attracts and selects the right candidates. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and delivering positive candidate experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collate data on resource and talent gaps, analyse turnover, retention, new hires, productivity, and capability to produce reliable management information. Use this data to advise on the right choices to fill resourcing needs.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure clear articulation of role details and positioning roles appropriately with Talent Scouts and candidates.
- Identify and build a proactive pool of qualified candidates through active and passive recruiting. Leverage and expand networks on social media. Maximize self-sourcing efforts through portals and LinkedIn recruiter, reducing dependency on vendors. Support the organization's diversity initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to predefined Quality of Hire parameters while sourcing candidates. Leverage consultants and all available sources to efficiently fill open positions within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate and facilitate the closure of managerial positions by the internal pool of talents. Communicate hiring progress to business leaders consistently and meet the demand for MIS from the business. Work on Recruitment MIS, generating insights and analyses to drive efficiency and quality in the recruitment process.
- Decide and negotiate salaries within parity, arriving at a "win-win" proposition. Adhere to recruitment processes and policies defined by the organization, ensuring the completion of hiring and generating appointment letters through the portals.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources. Participate in business review meetings to understand dynamics and challenges. Analyse HR-related data to derive key insights on recruitment and drive special projects to improve process efficiency.
MBA with 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Skills & Attributes: Technical Skills:
Knowledge about pharma / Biotech industry with understanding of Pharma / Biotech Research and Development and its various functions. Trends in Pharma generics- Talent, Recruitment trends, etc. Well-honed sourcing and interviewing skills. Ability to understand the business needs and adapt hiring approach to meet the expectations of hiring managers. Data analysis skills required to work on recruitment MIS and draw useful insights. Networking and stakeholder

- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, matrixed environment
- Knowledge of key recruiting skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling & negotiating techniques, interviewing skills.
- Passionate about hiring; self-motivated with excellent execution skills
- Pro-activeness in gathering requirements from hiring manager and ability to stretch
- Excellent communicator, with ability to influence & persuade others and to network internally & externally
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and interface with business leaders at all levels in organization
- Ability to lead, direct, and work on a variety of projects simultaneously if required — and be a champion supporting recruiting initiatives (new systems, improving processes, etc.)
- Exceptional negotiating skills with external clients/candidates
