Job Summary We are
Timely procurement of material & Services for FM operations & CRE projects on day to day basis such as , Housekeeping, cafeteria operations, Employee transport , Security & Landscape to all Mfg.units and Offices - PAN India, Contract management , Vendor payments, Delivery follow-ups, Conversion of PR to PO with agreed SLA , Compliance to Purchase Manual and Support to all CRE Projects
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to send enquires and get quotes and make comparative statements and initiate negotiation meetings with contractors / vendors
- PR to PO conversation with in agreed SLA
- You will be responsible for timely availability of materials & Services for Facilities management team and Corp. Real Estate projects
- You will be responsible for tracking the delivery timelines, proper follow-up with contractors
- Coordinate with legal teams and ensure valid legal contract for all FM services
- Closely coordinate with CRE Project team and arrange the materials
- You will responsible to prepare monthly MIS reports
- You will be responsible to maintain cordial relationships with vendors/service providers/partners to obtain better quality products /services
- You will be responsible for timely closure of open deviations, Goods receipts, open advances as per business/finance requirement.
- CSM qualification for new contractors and ensure contractors to follow safety guidelines
Educational qualification: A graduate in Science / Commerce / Engineering and preferably an additional qualification in Facilities / Admin Management
Minimum work experience: 7 to 12 years experience in Facilities management & Contract management
Skills & attributes:
- Basic knowledge of SAP for MM ( S4HANA)
- Overall understanding of Facilities Management operations & contracts
- Good knowledge on IFM ( Integrated facilities management )
- Recent trends & Market Intelligence and business dynamics.
Behavioral Skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong Networking skills.
