Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scientist in bioassay biosimilar development who can plan  projects based on priorities and established timelines, provide timely analytical delivery for  test method development/validation, method transfers and other related requests for Research & Development (R&D).

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Development and qualification of methods required for functional characterization of biopharmaceutical products including planning, execution, and documentation.

2. Plan execution of various studies involved in biological characterization of molecules like stability studies, functional similarity studies, structure function relationship studies etc.

3. Inventory managenment, sample management, data compilation, analysis and timely report generation.

5. Contribute to technology transfers of functional assays as required.

6. Contribute by writing scientific protocol/report, review of technical reports and summarize data as well as present at cross-functional meetings.

7. Ensure compliance to GLP and GDP regulations pertaining to routine activities.

8. Responsible to write and revise METs/SOPs as per need and maintain awareness and adherence to current written procedures.

Education Qualification - Ph.D. in Life Sciences
 
Minimum experience required-3-5 years of experience in bioanalytical/bioassay development department and must have worked on biosimilar product portfolio. Must have SPR expertise.

Technical Skills
1. Surface plasmon resonance/BLI expertise

2. Bioassay/cell based assays expertise

2 Excellent knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Quality systems, Standard Operating Procedures, latest regulatory trends, and Global regulations as appropriate.

3.Data review, interpretation of analytical data and accurate documentation of laboratory investigations.

4. MS office proficient (Powerpoint, WORD, Excel etc)
