Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to set up and run experiments, manage data acquisition and analysis, and maintain inventory and lab space. This role is pivotal in executing experiments to support the development and qualification of bioassays, contributing to the advancement of our scientific endeavours.       

Roles & Responsibilities

1. You will be responsible for executing experiments related to method development and qualification of ligand binding and cell based assays 

2. You will actively perform cell culture maintenance and preparation of cell bank and qualification 

3. You will be responsible for sample management, routine sample analysis, data generation, compilation, analysis and timely report generation 

4. You will record experimental data, log-book entries, and other analytical data for supporting subsequent data consolidation, and support data summarization for report drafting.

5. You will be responsible to write and revise SOPs/reports as per need and maintain awareness and adherence to current written procedures.

6.  You will be responsible for the regular maintenance of equipment, minimizing downtime, and coordinating with Supply Chain Management and vendors for consumables.

7. Additionally, you will maintain laboratory orderliness and adherence to standard safety practices to minimize downtime of assigned equipment and upkeep of the lab.

Educational qualification: A Bachelor’s (B.Tech. or B.E. or B.Pharm.) or Master’s (M.Sc. or M.Tech. or M.E. or M.Pharm.) in Biology,  Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering or other related disciplines of engineering or life sciences.

Minimum work experience: 1 year of relevant industry experience in bioassay development for Biotherapeutics or Biosimilars.
