Quality Control Associate - Microbiology

Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous individual to conduct thorough testing and analysis of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and product specifications. Your role involves maintaining accurate records, troubleshooting deviations, and supporting method development and validation, contributing to the quality and compliance of laboratory operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Candidate shall be responsible for performing routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compendial methods.

• Candidate should have basic knowledge on microbiology basic techniques and good communication skills:

• Candidate should be capable to handle the below mentioned activities:

1.BET testing (Gel clot/Kinetic systems/Validations)

2. MLT testing

3. Sterility testing 

4. Product Method Validations (BET/MLT/Sterility)

5. Plate enumerations

6. Colony characterization and Microbial identification

7. Autoclave operations / Media preparation  and GPT

.• Candidate shall  be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of test results, including documentation of all testing procedures, observations, and data analysis.
• Candidate shall  operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation, ensuring proper calibration and performance verification.
• Candidate shall be responsible for adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other regulatory guidelines during all laboratory activities.
• Candidate shall have experience on handling and writing investigations/Deviations and OOS reports.

Candidate should be qualified as M.Sc Microbiology
