- You will be responsible to strategize and deploy the Process Excellence framework, Lean Management System, benchmarking and continuous improvement to enhance the Cost and Productivity.
- You will be responsible to manage MIS on Lean Principles, TPM principles etc. (including Scorecard related to Lean)
- You will be responsible to coordinate with all OEs and TPM leads at different manufacturing sites to drive the operational excellence agenda for OE head.
- You will be responsible to drive the process simplification and process improvement through leading a structured ideation process to drive innovation. eliminating non-value-adding activities, removing redundancies, digitizing tasks, outsourcing non-core activities and create more time for scientific endeavors.
- You will be responsible to drive and implement a Cost Optimization programs and Productivity Improvement programs by tracking the identified cost-saving ideas with functional leads, setting baselines and targets, and reviewing progress regularly.
- You will be responsible to establish and manage knowledge sharing practices, overseeing implementation and application of knowledge, and maintaining a comprehensive repository for future reference. Foster a culture of collaborative learning and deepen scientific knowledge through academic connections and technical training programs.
- You will be responsible to build leadership skills and motivate team members for improved Operational Excellence (OE) skills, enhancing their potential and resolving organizational challenges. Foster a collaborative environment to enable the team to handle higher responsibilities and deliver independently.
- Having an unbiased view on the operational excellence journey of global manufacturing operations and escalating at right times when required.
Educational qualification: B.E / B. Tech with MBA
Minimum work experience: 8-10 years of experience in a non-pharma industry. Candidates preferred having experience in process excellence in non-pharma industry. Candidates who have demonstrated work experience in driving program management or change management may also be preferred.
A certification on PMP is preferred although not mandatory.
