Program Manager role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the IPDO scorecard, a strategic tool used to monitor performance across functions. The candidate will ensure timely updates, accuracy, and actionable insights by collaborating with cross-functional teams across R&D, regulatory, quality, and commercial functions. The position demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical product development metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Scorecard Management
- Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) across IPDO functions including formulation, API development, regulatory, and clinical
- Maintain and enhance the IPDO scorecard dashboard using Excel, PowerPoint, or BI tools
- Ensure timely data collection from stakeholders and validate inputs for accuracy and consistency
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and highlight deviations or risks
- Generate monthly and quarterly scorecard reports for leadership review
- Support governance meetings by preparing performance summaries and visualizations
- Deliver high-impact presentations and reports using advanced data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Maintain and update dashboards for ongoing strategic initiatives and KPIs
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather data and align on performance metrics
- Facilitate discussions to refine KPIs and improve scorecard relevance
- Act as a point of contact for queries related to scorecard methodology and updates
Strategic Insights & Recommendations
- Analyze trends and performance gaps to support decision-making
- Provide insights on project timelines, regulatory milestones, and resource utilization
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within IPDO by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy / Business Administration ,or Business Analytics
- 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D operations, strategy, or analytics
- Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, charts), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical product development lifecycle and regulatory processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Educational qualification: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Science, pharmaceutical or business administration background
Minimum work experience: 3 to 8 years
