Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scientist in Process Engineering in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) development with proven expertise in scaling up or down technologies to meet production demands. Proficient in Process and Chemical Engineering, adept at troubleshooting complex projects, facilitating technology transfer, and optimizing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for Observing/absorbing the R&D/Kilo lab batches details, identify & understand critical scale up parameters
• You are responsible for Scale up execution at CPP. Equipment mapping and volume calculations based on lab and kilo lab data. Facility creation as per process requirements.
• You are responsible for Pre-start up activities, BOM & Recipe creation.
• You are responsible for Process Documentation -Complete all documents like BPR, scale up report and recommend final process for trial and validations to meet all quality and yield criteria.
• You are responsible for utilization of process modelling / transfer functions and analyze competing process designs, analyze data and draw conclusions to recommend the right process technology for unit operations.
• You are responsible for Verification of mass and energy balance.
• You are responsible for Providing technical support for trail and validations, continues process monitoring and address any technical/process challenges during trial and validations.
• You are responsible for Trouble shooting: Investigate the deviations/abnormalities observed during the execution and propose appropriate CAPA with the support from seniors & cross functional teams.

Educational qualification: B.tech in Chemical engineering

Minimum work experience: 3 to 6 years of experience with scale up & tech transfer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)
