Job Summary

Responsible for plant Controlling functions. Support Plant team to manage and improve Plant financials, analysis and  trends for draw attention current status in achieving the objectives through improved Productivity of all resources Ensure good health of books of accounts at transaction level within the overall guidelines of the GMO Finance while adhering to the Organisation's Policies, Procedures and Statute.

" Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for understanding and exhibiting the basic steps of supporting the preparation of forecasts/resource plans, using the appropriate format and providing additional supporting information where required.
• Your role involves assisting management in preparing accurate budgets to support business plans.
• You will be involved in the development and creation of resource estimation and budget planners for business activity.
• Your responsibilities also include assessing and documenting projected resource requirements and consumption in delivering business activity.
• You should exhibit proficiency in analyzing anomalies and identifying trends in areas of responsibility, recommending actions for improvement.
• You are expected to understand the difference between Resource, Capital, and AME (Annually Managed Expenditure) and assist in preparing accurate budgets to support business plans.
• Through business knowledge and understanding boundaries of authority, you will avoid incidences of fraud and promptly alert relevant parties if any incident occurs.
• Building relationships and influencing continuous improvement will be integral aspectsof your responsibilities.
• You will exhibit proficiency in oral and written communication, effectively explaining impact analyses, generating solutions for audit findings, and handling incidents professionally and confidently.

Educational Qualification

CWA / CA or MBA with 1 - 3 Years experience

Understanding of Manufacturing sector, preferably Pharma Industry.

Knowledge

• Accounting principles.
•  Mfg. Plant Operations.
• SOPs.
• Budgeting process.
• prevailing statutes.
• SAP FICO & MS Office.

Behavioral Skills
