Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic People Partner to play a central role in managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle. This multifaceted role involves collating and reviewing people data, creating HR Dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will support recruitment activities, contribute to on-boarding and induction processes, and manage exit procedures. Your responsibilities extend to implementing employee engagement initiatives and addressing grievances, promoting organizational health.

Role Responsiblities: 

  • You will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, managing vendor contracts, and adhering to defined recruitment processes, contributing to on-boarding, induction, and statutory compliances, and anchoring exit management processes.
  • You will be responsible for implementing employee engagement initiatives, addressing grievances, organizing meetings and surveys for organizational health, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle.
  • You will be responsible for partnering with colleagues and leaders for shared insights and priorities, calculating and adhering to manpower budgets, and resolving employee queries.
  • You will be responsible for managing the end-to end Payroll process with a 3rd party provider.
  • You will be responsible for executing all legislative reporting for the company.
  • You will be responsible for collating and reviewing people data from all functions, ensuring accuracy, and creating an HR Dashboard for informed decision-making, promoting data-driven accountability.
  • You will be responsible for tracking and reporting HR process excellence metrics, supporting digitalization efforts, ensuring SAP-HR database accuracy through audits, and participating in workforce planning and budgeting exercises for Biologics.
  • You will be responsible for managing the requisition of replacement and new positions.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining all employee information and files.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Human resources qualification or similar

Minimum work Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR operations

Technical Skills

  • Compliance, Manpower Planning.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP-HR database and digital HR tools.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, on-boarding, and statutory compliance.
