Job Description

Dr. Reddy’s is seeking to hire an OTC Store Brands Intern. The internship will provide exposure to various functions within the OTC Store Brands department, including marketing, sales, project management, and packaging. As an OTC Store Brands Intern, you will become an integral part of the team and will have the opportunity to work with various cross-functional teams, including supply chain, business development, finance, quality and regulatory.

Our Summer Internship Program runs from June 2025 to August 2025 and is designed for Rising Seniors graduating in Spring 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product and category trends to share insights into product growth opportunities and share expansions.
  • Assist the team in activities on a cost savings initiative for existing commercial products.
  • Provide support for new product launches, including project management of day-to-day execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote required).

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum work experience: *This is an entry-level position

Skills & attributes:

•    Strong communication skills.
•    Must be a self-starter with strong initiative.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong attention to detail.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

*Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
