Responsible for managing complex cross cutting initiatives including, but not limited to, technical activities, new industry 4.0 technology use case development, implementations and adoption of use cases across domains in the initiatives lifecycle, the job includes strategic analysis and technical expertise. The role creates basis for action through several data analytics techniques used for decisions as well as hands on troubleshooting different problems. 
 - Exploring nonconventional technological solution to complex business problems which are not feasible through conventional problem solving techniques. Use case life cycle management
 - Horizontal deployment of successful pilot use case across manufacturing network
 - Work as change agent for adoption of transformational application of industry 4.0 technology across network

B.tech from Tier 1 (IIT) or Tier 2 (NIT), MBA or Certifications in Project management (PMP), will be an added advantage.
Total experience: 3 to 5 years of Experience in Pharmaceutical Operations .
Good understanding of operations performance metrics. Ability to connect the dots and facilitate cross functional teams.

* Drive project and program management skills incl. task breakdown, prioritization and planning, clarification of ownership, pro-active risk management and status monitoring.
* Experience of forming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to execute on a common mission.
* Understand core domain processes in Mfg & Quality Ops., and associated technical solutions.
* Challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive ‘out of the box’ ideas.
* Roll up the sleeves” and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn.
* Have a business, customer and value oriented mind-set and solve complex problems.
* Strong understanding of data evaluation, preparation, transformation and structuring to make it suitable for analysis..
*Understanding of Statistical modelling software; Software Product/ Projects; Machine learning models; R / Python Scripting will be an added advantage.
