Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Joint Planning:

Facilitate the collaborative development of annual targets for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Co-own targets with Key Account Management (KAM) and Business Unit (BU) teams, fostering a sense of shared responsibility.

Work closely with teams to formulate comprehensive engagement plans for strategic accounts.

Efficiently allocate and coordinate engagement activities between KAM and BU teams.

2. Tracking and Visibility:

Lead the adoption of a dynamic dashboard that integrates data from diverse sources, providing real-time visibility to both institutional and business teams.

Implement a robust system for real-time sales monitoring, offering continuous insights to KAM and BU teams.

Ensure transparent visibility of key KAM-led engagement activities to the BU team and vice versa.

Oversee the visibility of hospital level closing stock availability to BU teams, supporting informed decision-making.

3. Governance:

Drive the cascade of meetings from Regional Business Manager (RBM) to BU heads, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Conduct regular account-brand level performance reviews, assessing adherence to engagement plans and identifying improvement areas.

Enforce overall process adherence, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on Target vs Actual Sales using the dashboard and underlying data.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard development.

Understanding of governance structures and processes within a corporate setting.
